Counselling is not just for crisis, but it helps to deal with everyday stresses and worries. I aim to help you feel at ease so you can talk freely about whatever worries you. Whatever you are dealing, l am here to provide help and support.
I am a fully qualified experienced Level 5 therapeutic counsellor, offering a personalised approach tailored to your specific needs. I work with individuals of all ages as well as couples, providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space to explore concerns. My practice is grounded in empathy and respect, allowing clients to feel heard, understood, and supported as they work toward meaningful and lasting change.

Is rooted in Humanism and Person-Centred Therapy, prioritising YOU - the client.
We will navigate your journey together, on your terms, ensuring that you are always in control of your therapy.
While our sessions will primarily focus on Talking Therapy, we can also incorporate Creative
Methods such as Art and Writing, or explore any other creative ideas that resonate with you.
The choice is always yours.

After reaching out, I typically suggest a brief, complimentary phone conversation to better understand your situation. There's no pressure or obligation; if you choose to continue, we can schedule your first session.
We can set goals and establish an initial timeframe, reviewing your progress regularly. I find that consistent weekly sessions tend to be most effective.

Navigating Your Path Together
It's important to note that therapy may not always follow a straight forward path. We will regularly review your progress and adjust our approach as needed.
Like life, there may be bumps along the way, but we will navigate them together at your own pace toward a better place.
Location
My private practice is based in a peaceful village half way between Spalding & Holbeach, South Lincolnshire.
We can meet in my therapy room or connect remotely via video or phone, which can be just as effective.
Therapy Animal
Having a calm, friendly animal present can help create a soothing and supportive atmosphere, especially for clients who may feel anxious or uneasy.
My ‘Therapy cat’, Michael, can be available to join sessions and provide comfort and companionship.
Fees

Standard fee: £50 per 1-hour session
Couples: £70/h
Counselling student concession: £40/h
Pay-as-you-go basis, so no long-term contract to sign.
